I've made sure that the Sound Import Export xtra is included alongside fluidXtra but the samples just don't want to play in a projector. They work fine otherwise?

Hello,
in your case, you needed to add the "MPEG 3 import export" Xtra. Your movie started working when I added this Xtra.

There is a very handy function in fluid : debug()

Exemple :
gFluid.debug(the moviePath&"logfile.txt"

And you get all sorts of useful informations... ;-)

Cool, I'll give that a whirl. I eventually realised that MP3's weren't working and WAV's were fine. This will help keep the file size down.
